Aging Parents
- Do you need help to remain independent?
- Are you concerned about an older family member who needs assistance?
- Are you a long-distance caregiver?
We can help!
You don’t have to be alone. The Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) and the Jewish Council for the Aging (JCA) help you or your loved one.
From a Jewish perspective, we believe that life is sacred and that long life is a blessing. Our community is committed to helping senior citizens thrive in their later years, and to caring for them as age and illness take their toll.
JSSA and JCA, both partner agencies of The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, provide multiple services—including transportation, comprehensive in-home and in-office assessments, care coordination, caregiver and family consultations, counseling and support services, workshops and support groups, hospice care, healthy living courses, employment training and placement and computer skills development.
Both organizations are ready and willing to help!
