Coming of Age in Northern Virginia

Searching for a Jewish connection, a place to meet new friends, to enrich your life with an exciting variety of activities and day trips, but you don’t live close to the JCCNV? DON’T WORRY!!  Active Retiree groups are available throughout Northern Virginia.

Initiated four years ago, this innovative program connects seniors with a full array of Jewish cultural, social educational and recreational activities at six congregation sites and the JCCNV.

Services include: wheelchair accessible transportation, relevant activities including synagogue and JCCNV-based lunch programs, workshops and groups led by facilitators, lectures, and excursions, case management and geriatric counseling services, and rapid-response emergency financial assistance.
